In una realtà distopica i condannati più pericolosi vengono confinati in un'isola al di fuori dal mondo, nella quale vengono lasciati allo stato brado e senza alcun modo per far ritorno sulla terraferma. In Revenger da anni ha qui luogo una violenta disputa tra un gruppo di piccoli criminali, perlopiù pacifici, e gli uomini capeggiati dal crudele Khun, un individuo misterioso il cui volto e il corpo ustionati sono nascosti da fitte bende. Quando una madre e sua figlia, in cerca di vendetta per il brutale omicidio a sangue freddo del marito / padre, si trovano alla mercé degli avversari, per loro la morte sembra prossima ma l'intervento di un nuovo arrivato diventa un'insperata ancora di salvezza: il detective Yool, giunto anch'esso sul posto con una missione personale da portare a termine, si dimostra abilissimo nelle arti marziali ed elimina senza troppi problemi i membri della gang. Sarà solo l'inizio di un lungo percorso di sangue che lo porterà infine all'agognato scontro con Khun.
